Agent Training Program
One way RE/MAX Preferred Properties supports its realtors is by offering the ultimate key to career success: training & education. Training is performed across many levels and media.  RPP leverages the Bufffini & Company trainings systems within our office with Buffini mentors on site.  Sales training is supplemented by office sessions that are interactive between the facilitator and the associates involved. We operate in a win/win mentality where our associates freely exchange ideas and techniques.
REMAX University provides a wealth of interactive and relevant courses, and seminars delivered through our business portal.  Agent Training on Demand is a 24/7 service where our associates can draw upon information they need when they need it.  REMAX Satellite Network (RSN) is our corporate Television station that carries terrific sales, marketing and real estate pertinent content everyday.  This service is available in the office and subscribable by any REMAX associate with Dish Network access. We include training aspects into all our sales meeting with invited guest speakers supplementing our Broker/Owners.  RPP associates enjoy a one-on-one business coach/mentor relationship with the Broker/Owners.
